[Debian-in-workers] Bug#730753: update fonts-smc to latest upstream version

fonts-smc needs to be updated to 6.0 to make rendering correct with
harfbuzz rendering engine. Currently Malayalam rendering is broken.

harfbuzz supports only mlym2 opentype standard and 5.0 fonts only have mlym.
