[Debian-in-workers] Reverse Dependencies for ttf-*-fonts

You probably want to:
- build a list of unique source packages that have such reverse
dependencies
- pipe it through dd-list
- post to debian-devel announcing a "mass bug filing" (admitedly, it's
not a big MBF....but as we might be doing that for all other font
packages with transitional ttf-* packages, I think it's worth it
- wait before you get advice
- do the MBF (with some usertagging, imho)
