[Debian-in-workers] Bug#761570: fonts-lohit-guru: please add a udeb package

Hi,

we received a report on debian-boot@ mentioning that Punjabi was
rendered with the default DejaVu Sans font, and that rendering is
severely broken in various places. You'll find links to examples

I've looked into what's needed to get that fixed and getting this
source package to build an extra udeb package to be used by the
installer is one of the steps.

I'm attaching two patches against current git master; the first one
is just in preparation for the second one (and should be mostly a
no-op); the second one actually adds the udeb.

Please let me know once it's uploaded, so that I have a chance to
trick ftpmasters into having a look at your package quickly. ;)
