[Debian-in-workers] RFS: hyphen-indic

Hi,

As discussed earlier [1], I've created a single package for hyphenation
rules of all Indic languages. I have pushed it to our alioth repo, under
the name hyphen-indic [2]. I had to add a few lintian overrides
described below
1. Warning about new package closing an ITP bug - For 11 binary packages
2. False positive about prebuilt JS and it's source missing. The
javascript files mentioned are
	a. Not in a minified form
	b. Not included in the package

Can some DD review the package and upload it? As this was my first try
in packaging something that generates multiple binary packages, chances
of me making an error is high. So, please review it. :)
