Since latest fontforge recently reached unstable, I have decided to move
forward to split the binaries to individual font packages. I have created the
packages for the individual fonts, which are pushed to alioth repo. They are
tested with cowbuilder (builds fine in chroot) and are lintian-happy (I have
overriden warnings regarding ITPs not found). I would like someone from the
team to take a look at them, and see if they are fine. Once these packages are
uploaded and accepted to the archive, I will convert the current fonts-smc
package to a metapackage.

The individual font packages (and their corresponding git repos) are as follows:

It would be great if these are reviewed and sponsored as soon as possible, as
soft freeze is approaching and I would like the new versions of fonts to be in
Stretch. :)
