[Debian-in-workers] Bug#853848: fonts-deva-extra: unneeded directory in /etc/fonts/conf.avail/

Dear Maintainer,

this package (and several other ones maintained by you) creates directories in /etc/fonts/conf.avail/ and those directories contain only one file with the same name as the directory:

This is most probably an error and it would be simpler and more coherent with other font packages to remove those extra directories.
