[Debian-in-workers] Bug#824579: iok: Uses deprecated libunique3

We do not intend to release the next stable release of Debian
(codenamed "buster") with libunique3. Therefore, I am raising the
severity of this issue to serious. Please drop the dependency on
libunique3 because libunique3 will be removed from Debian soon.
