[Debian-in-workers] Bug#878756: RM: iok -- RoM/RoQA; depends on unmaintained libunique3

Please remove iok from Debian unstable.

iok was removed from Debian Testing in July because it depends on the
unmaintained libunique3. iok is now the last thing in Debian using
libunique3. Sadly, iok is unmaintained upstream and it hasn't had a
new release in years.
