[Debian-in-workers] Consolidating Indic font packages into fonts-team

This is a good idea.  Another reason is so we can finally decommission 
this list which has mostly become nothing but a spam trap. Do we have any
packages that don't fit into other teams, which still have the maintainer 
address debian-in-workers at lists.alioth.debian.org?
