Not a strong one, but my opinion is that dictionaries/patterns/thesauri should be maintained by people who understand them and the language instead of just being provided by a catch-all let's include stuff verbatim copy of wherever someone got them from.
So that eventually someone fixes stuff in them if needed/applicable/helpful. In libreoffice-dictionaries they get shipped. Just shipped.
