What is the license of .travis.yml? It has a copyright claim by
someone not mentioned in d/copyright.

If src/memory.c was derived from Expat code then the license given in
d/copyright, LGPL, can't be right, AFAICT.

Why do you think that src/base64.c is BSD-3-clause? First copy I
found on Google suggests it's BSD-2-clause.

Other comments:

test/Makefile is GPL-3, not LGPL.

cmake-modules\{FindCheck,FindSubunit}.cmake are LGPL not Expat.

Additional copyright years for Mora in include/orcania.h
