Hello,

d/copyright does not account for src-input/SpecialCasing.txt in the
source, and possibly other files in the src-input/ directory.

Additionally, the licenses/ directory suggests that
duk_util_tinyrandom.c contains code which is public domain in addition
to the Expat code, and with different authors than the `Files: *`
stanza.

Other files in licenses/ do not appear to apply to the source so ideally
they could be removed as it's a bit confusing.
