[Debian-iot-maintainers] Enabling CI for projects

Hi,

For my first package "ofc-spec-core", I enabled the salsa CI pipelines
using the provided configuration by salsa-ci-team [0].

Maybe this could be done for all the group projects (or interested ones).

I'm not sure, but the 'debian/salsa-ci.yml' path maybe could be
configured at group level, instead of project level (owners could take
a look).
