[Debian-iot-maintainers] Package update for openoverlayrouter

Hello,

I've prepared an update for the package openoverlayrouter which has an
autoremoval flag in a few days because of a ftbfs with gcc-10:

The package update fixes the build for gcc-10 and a few other stuff [1].

Are there comments on this update or other changes required? Or should I
go with the new package upload?
