[Debian-iot-maintainers] Bug#1060209: libopenzwave1.6 install hundreds of data files and images in /etc

Version: 1.6.1914+ds-1
Severity: minor

libopenzwave1.6 currently installs 1489 in /etc, including 635 PNG 
images, 9 JPEG images, and 1 Zip file.

These files are obviously not conffiles but are treated as such.

Could they be moved under /usr, for example under /usr/share/openzwave?
