[Debian-iot-maintainers] Openzwave, #1060209 and repack

Hello IOT team,

Following up with bug #1060209, I've made updates to the package openzwave.

The most important is the repacking of the source to 1.6.1914+ds2 by 
removing embedded libraries and non xml config files.

Before I upload the package, could someone check the new package [1] and 
send feedback if you see some?
