[Debian-iot-maintainers] tasmota-device-manager - Status of Packaging

Hi.

There will be major changes from upstream, which are currently in the
upstream develoment branch.
1. The build will replace the deprecated setup.py.
2. The configuration directory will be moved to .local.

There is a possible showstopper. The icons used internally (which are
in GUI/icons.py) are non-free. So I will have to replace them. I hope
for and might get some help with that.

As a result there will be no visible activity on the project for some
time, at least until the next upstream release.
