[Debian-iot-maintainers] Request for mosquitto upload permission

Hi.

Bug #1071917 has been closed by an NMU. At the time this happened there
was a MR (by me) that would also have solved the issue. 

To prevent this from repeating and because I would like to do mosquitto
maintenance it would de helpful if some kind DD could grant me (a DM)
upload permissions on the mosquitto package.
