I did a MR that fixes the cross build issue in radlib and enables the
CI/CD including cross building for arm. 

Could anybody do an upload on this or give me upload permission so I
can do it myself?

Concerning CI/CD - should these changes be mentioned in the changelog?
The are not really package changes.
