So, what do we do?

freeradius has a higher popcon, and raddebug is quite commonly used 
during debugging. On the other hand I'm not aware of any non-interactive 
use, so if it needs be I'm open to renaming to raddebug.freeradius and 
hope for all users to find it using autocompletion.

How is the situation with librad0-tools?
