I believe so too, there are 3 packages on which I am the upstream author 
and decided to archive them over a year ago: glewlwyd, rhonabwy and iddawc.

I believe maintaining those packages will be more and more difficult 
over time, and popcon says they are not popular.

So if no one disagree, I'll send a RM package soon for those 3.
