[Debian-iot-maintainers] Bug#1124528: mosquitto: sddm is starting a mosquitto process

Dear Maintainer,

I don't fully understand the purpose of /usr/lib/systemd/user/mosquitto.service.

But an unwanted side effect is that SDDM is now lauching such database server.

The bug was found by the cruft-ng tool.

PS: I'm an happy mosquitto user on 1300 physicial Debian servers <3 :-)
