[Debian-iot-maintainers] libmbedcrypto16

To whom it may concern:
https://packages.debian.org/trixie/amd64/libs/libmbedcrypto16 lists several
"features" of this library that no longer seem to correspond with the
upstream package.
In the 3.6.5.orig download, the include/mbedtls/mbedtls_config.h has
stripped all mentions of MBEDTLS_SSL_MINOR_VERSION_1 and
MBEDTLS_SSL_MINOR_VERSION_2, and the documentation from
https://github.com/Mbed-TLS/mbedtls/issues/4286 indicates this disables
TLS1.0 and TLS1.1.
The 3.6.5.orig download also has several indications that TLS 1.3
(MBEDTLS_SSL_PROTO_TLS1_3) is enabled, but is not mentioned in the package
"about".
These two issues seem to confirm that the package "about" is out of date.
