[Debian-iot-maintainers] Bug#1125723: Processed: liboauth2-0: ABI break without soname change

Hello Adrian,

I've asked upstream about the ABI change [1] and it seems that they 
won't fix it, moreover they will add more ABI changes in the future.

If I upload a new package for liboauth2-0 with 'breaks: 2.2.0' in 
d/control, would it be enough to fix the bug?
