[Debian-iot-maintainers] Bug#1127984: Bug#1127984: mosquitto doesn' start

Hello,
libdlt2 was upgraded recently to version 3.0.
libdlt.so.2  now doesn't exist and now there's libdlt.so.3

making symlink libdlt.so.2 to libdlt.so.3 is working workaround for me.
