Hi.

This is a duplicate of #1127984. The workarounds are 

1. downgrading libdlt2 from sid to forky or
2. making symlink libdlt.so.2 to libdlt.so.3.

Thanks for reporting. 

I'll not reassign this one to the dlt-daemon package since it is
perceived as a bug in mosquitto. In my opinion it is rather a bug
libdlt2.

Note that this will not migrate to testing since the failing automatic
tests for mosquitto will prevent this.
