[Debian-iot-maintainers] Reviews for mosquitto 2.1.2-1 appreciated

Hi.

The new mosquitto package passes all CI tests by now. Since this is a
bigger change I would appreciate a review, see [1].

There are still some issues I could only work around by now:

- d/patches/fix-2.1-build.patch: This needs further research and will
  change
- d/rules: USE_LIBWRAP should be reenabled
- d/patches/deb-test.patch: The two removed tests need further research
- d/*.symbols: Why were those files mostly empty before?

Any hints on these would also be appreciated.
