[Debian-iot-maintainers] RFS related to mosquitto

Hi.

Mosquitto 2.1 is embedding picohttpparser as source. Since
picohttpparser is intended to be embedded as source this is not against
policy. Embedding code that handles network data should in my opinion
be avoided. 

To fix this for my packaging of mosquitto 2.1 [2] I have submitted an
RFS [1] that unfortunately has not been answered. I would appreciate if
someone from the IOT team could do that.
