I went ahead and uploaded othman to NEW for you.

It turns out there is already an auto-reject for
source-only-upload-to-non-free-without-autobuild

You might have seen a rejection for that earlier today. That was due
to a bug in lintian which has now been fixed on the server so I
re-uploaded after that.

You're welcome to do the thawab upload any time now. I don't think it
makes sense for me to do the upload since you already have upload
rights for it. But please let me know if you are unable to do the
upload.
