Please enable autobuilds for source packages othman and thawab. This
request is similar to my previous request for hija in
September/October 2022.

1. The license does not appear to forbid automatic building on our
build machines.

2. XS-Autobuild: yes is already set

While I am not the "Maintainer", I have been part of the team
maintaining this package for years.
