[Debian-l10n-devel] [PATCH] Translation statistics do not include packages with a debian/patches directory

Frankly speaking, Nicolas proposes this but, indeed, this is a plea by
the i18n team.

Considering what Nicolas found, the statistics are just plain wrong
and useless so, even if they might be very slightly inaccurate for
packages with debian/patches, they are *much* more wront currently.
