[Debian-l10n-devel] Compendium creation

I just moved the compendium generation to the
/etc/cron.d/debian-i18n-robots.

Results are put in /org/dl10n-stuff/debian-l10n/compendiums


Eddy's scripts are still running inhis home for a while, until we
decide that everything is OK and they can be stopped.
