[Debian-l10n-devel] /var/lib/pootle moved

I moved it to /srv/pootle.debian.net/pootle.

Only two config files needed to be changed:

/etc/pootle/pootle.prefs
/org/dl10n-stuff/svn/dl10n/pootle/sync-projects.d/cfg/common

The old /var/lib/pootle was renamed to /var/lib/pootle.old and should
be deleted as soon as everything has prove to work OK (at least one night).
