Did you find the source for dl10n-mail on the debian-l10n repository?

Did you start working on changing it?

I will be available on IRC (or here on the mailing list) if you want to
discuss how it can be deployed / what changes would be needed.

BTW, do you have archives of the Portuguese mailing list (if the pseudo
URLs where used).
