[Debian-l10n-devel] DDTSS is down

I tried to have a look at this yesterday evening, but very
quickly. Not being involved in DDTP/DDTSS code, I can't really telll
what's going wrong, but apache's logs definitely show what seems to be
error output from the DDTSS scripts.

So far, my only actions were start/stop apache and PostgreSQL.
