[Debian-l10n-devel] statistic and numbers in DDTP/DDTSS

maybe change the top graph on this page to show active translations in stead of an all time translation effort (don't know if anyone is using this), and exclude all languages with less than 300 active translations from the graph (but not from the figures below).
