I made a few changes in SVN:
-typo fix
-switch to 3.0 source format. That was just adding debian/source and
cleaning out quilt stuff from rules

I think we should also switch to a dh7-minimal rules file. I like
these because it makes things that are specific to a given package
build much more obvious to spot.
