[Debian-l10n-devel] Is the DDTSS down?

Just tried the usual magic (start/stop apache and postgresql), but
Postgresql doesn't seem very healthy. It refuses to stop and the
logfiles say:

2012-08-19 19:20:05 CEST FATAL:  the database system is in recovery mode
