I only count on 1 hour downtime. I have to unplug it at the current
location. put it in my car and drive 25 minutes to the new location and
plug it in there.

I thought sudo was solved already. You are in the sudo group and we have
%sudo ALL=(ALL) ALL in /etc/sudoers.
