[Debian-l10n-devel] Bug#681836: PTS: link to l10n status should be moved from i18n.debian.net to i18n.debian.org

The packages' l10n status pacges are no longer generated on
i18n.debian.net but on i18n.debian.org

So, anywhere where http://i18n.debian.net appears, it should reference
http://i18n.debian.org
