[Debian-l10n-devel] DDTSS still not up

Are there any change of actually getting DDTSS up and running or is it better just to close down the translation effort?

ddtp.debian.net can be accessed again for translation work. The mail interface
does not work and still new Translation-xx.bz2 files are not built.
