[Debian-l10n-devel] Churro partly out of service

ddtp.debian.net is partly out of service again. There seems to have been an
interrupt in the power supply about 06:00 in the morning (1).

Symptoms:
  - The DDTSS gives an "Internal Server Error" (2) (>= 13:00)
  - The translation statistics are overdue (3).
  - ddtp.debian.net/debian is not accessible.
