The DNS is fixed now so the original hostname works, just use
ddtp.debian.net.

Dak (IIRC) uses rsync to fetch the Translation files and it will now be
trying to connect and failing because the host key has changed. The new
host key will need to be added to the known_hosts file. That should make
everything work.
