I'm not sure, but I feel something similar has popped up after
the Wheezy release, and the DDTP host transition.

The problem are the files at (0) containing the package description
translations, e.g. Translation-de.bz2, the use of release code names
and the lack of documentation.

At the FTP site (1) we see (ordered by date) the latest files when
Jessie was Testing, the English version from Sunday, and another
file.

…
[ ] Translation-tr.bz2 25-Apr-2015 05:39 530
[ ] Translation-en.bz2 26-Apr-2015 22:16 4.4M
[ ] Translation-ml.bz2 29-Apr-2015 10:16 14

Stretch and Testing (2) only have information on the English version:

[ ] Translation-en.bz2 29-Apr-2015 10:16 4.5M
[DIR] Translation-en.diff/ 29-Apr-2015 05:14

The DDTP host's scripts/routines still provides current data for
Jessie (3). I'm not sure whether in this context Jessie means
Jessie or Testing.

FTP masters are looking for »"Stretch" files« and - by now -
don't find them. They need a "stretch" directory. If for the
DDTP logic Jessie is just another word for Testing, a symlink
should solve the problem.
