Hi, this might be caused because of the recent libstdc++6 upgrade on Debian, and it might be fixed when everything is rebuilt with the new gcc-5

In the meanwhile you can try to update your system, you have an old boost, and old wx and other old libraries.

I guess having a clean stretch up-to-date system might make things work again, specially because of the libstdc++ transition.
