Not all links are broken.
For www.debian.org the mail links from January 2009 are actually
working. They are however not even close to any relation at all to the
file referenced. The links are pointing to mails from myself regarding
totally other things (po-debconf actually).

I am sending DONE messages to the list for everything and hope it will
clear all these notes up for now.
