[Debian-l10n-devel] German translation coordination page

Hi,

the german translation coordination page seems to be broken:
https://l10n.debian.org/coordination/german/de.by_translator.html
There are many dutch translations and the most german entrys are missing.

The robot of the overview page for debconf translations doesn't work:
https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/de
e.g. usrmerge is already done (see Bug #818656)
