[Debian-l10n-devel] Breaking i18n updates

As an additional note: I *always* insisted from the beginning that this
service is part of our infrastructure and should be moved as soon as
possible to a debian.org service.  So I fully subscribe what was said
more down in this mail and we should learn this lesson now (after
several other broken ways to get this service hosted).  I repeat that
I'm very sorry that my suggested provisional arrangement again leaded
to an unreliable solution.
