sub2po requires a module that is only available for Python 3 (python3-aeidon); 
the upstream of that package switched from being Python-2-only to being 
Python-3-only without providing a polyglot intermediate.

I guess we could delete the man page, but the better solution would be to 
switch translate-toolkit from Python 2 to Python 3; I am to do that in the 
this release cycle. 

(the actual po2sub/sub2po are only Python entry-points scripts; if you want a 
Python 3 version of sub2po right now, you should be able to duplicate one of 
the other ones and adapt it trivially)
