I triggered that failure by following Christian's wish to remove him
from Uploaders.  Lintian throws an error for no-human-maintainer which
is perfectly correct.  This situation raises an obvious signal that
someone from the l10n team has to step up.

I admit the MRs sound sensible but I do not feel in the position to
decide about these and rather leave it to the long term l10n team
members.
